Titijaya Launches Seiring Residensi In Their Biggest Township
Property developer Titijaya Land Bhd (Titijaya) lately introduced Seiring Residensi, which is one of the township project in their biggest township. According to Titijaya Land Bhd’s executive director Charmaine Lim, they acquired this 46-acre tract about two years ago. The first phase of Seiring Residensi will have a GDV of RM677 million. “40 percent of the apartments had already been booked before our first release on July 27. Seiring Residensi is the first phase, comprising four towers with 1,318 units.
The first tower (Tower A) has been released and will consist of 370 units.”
“It is planned to complete the 34-storey Tower A within 48 months of its release. Its units will accommodate 668 to 972 sq ft with a selection of layouts from two bedrooms and one bathroom to four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The cost of sale begins at RM459,000. “At least two parking bays will be provided for each unit.”
“Our approach is to maintain appealing and inexpensive pricing. We also maintain our layouts to suit our target market as functional and practical as possible. We are confident that this project will perform well with its place, pricing and distinctive selling points. For the first phase, we target mainly owner-occupants. We have received many queries from those living in the surrounding areas so far. Our plan is to attract couples, families and those in Damansara who are working.” says Lim.
